Health: We guarantee a healthy plant upon arrival; however, long-term care is the buyer's responsibility.

72-Hour Window: Any transit damage must be reported within 72-hours of delivery. Zesty Orchids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We will, however, gladly assist you with the USPS claims process if needed.
